Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached and original packaging). Your satisfaction drives our service, just as passion drives your game.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf balls (once removed from original packaging)
- Personalized or custom-ordered clubs
- Used or damaged equipment (except in cases of manufacturer defects)

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

Your refund will be issued via your original payment method:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
