Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. For fastest delivery, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction drives our service, just as passion drives your game. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you’re back on the fairway quickly.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached and original packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf balls (once removed from original packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered clubs
  • Used or damaged equipment (except in cases of manufacturer defects)

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued via your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

  • Refunds will be issued in USD at the exchange rate of the processing date
