Taylormade Stealth 2 fairway is the newest addition after the success of the first one. The most talked about fairway wood is luxurious but what a club. The brand new TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus fairway improves on the original’s revolutionary features and promises to be the easiest Taylormade driver to use ever. The Stealth 2 plus is one of three fairway models but is the lowest spin model. Its also the quickest and can rival some drivers. Making it the ideal choice for the player wanting to hit low spin accurate bazookas.
Three Different Fairways in One
TaylorMade’s superb Inverted Cone Technology remains but improved in Stealth 2. And this variable face thickness helps to maximise ball speeds. It gives consistent distance on shots struck anywhere on the face. And now lowering the centre of gravity (CoG) in the Stealth 2. This provides the new model with superior performance used off the deck but without sacrificing anything in the way of distance.
TaylorMade engineers position heavy mass toward the rear of the head and also lowered the crown by 2mm. Turf interaction is excellent on TaylorMade fairways. TaylorMade Stealth 2 Fairway with its tour proven V-Steel Sole Design. Providing excellent versatility and giving the golfer ability hitting quality shots from a multitude of differing lies.
Weight savings from the titanium construction are now even easier. Allowing for the use of a 50g sliding weight. It is designed to help golfers control shot shape by shifting mass on the sole. When the weight is placed at the back, the launch will be higher with higher levels of spin. When placed all the way forward, launch and spin will be much lower, whilst a centred weight position offers more balanced performance. If it is combined with the 2° adjustable loft sleeve, the golfer now has the ability to fine tune ball flight.
THRU-SLOT SPEED POCKET
The flexible Speed Pocket design is engineered to maximising ball speeds but produce additional forgiveness on low-face strikes.
